RLC Strength & Conditioning CLUB
During RLC Strength & Conditioning Club, students will engage in high-energy workouts combining cardiovascular/resistance training and functional movements to improve their strength, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts will consist of sports drills, light weights, jump rope, circuits, partner work, interval training, and much more!!
First Session - November 30, December 2, December 7, December 9, December 14, December 16
Second Session - January 6, January 11, January 13, January 18, January 20, January 25, January 27,
Time: 3:15 to 4:00 (Please make sure you are picked up by 4:00 from the middle school parking lot)
Location: Will meet behind the gym, under the middle school lunch pavilion.
This club is open to any 5th thru 8th grade student as well as any student who has played on a RLC sports team during this Fall Season. Please remember that this is a club that focuses on fitness over socialization. Must plan to attend all sessions. A signed waiver is required for participation. See Coach Douglas or Coach Almand for the correct forms.
