Musical Theater Club

The Musical Theatre Club’s mission is to encourage an interest in musical theatre and to develop students’ knowledge, creativity and expression through the study of popular musical productions.

Over the course of nine weeks, students will be viewing performances ranging anywhere from Broadway shows to Disney musicals. Throughout the viewings, students will keep a written journal that identifies and reports on aspects of the show such as music, lyrics, dance, characters, plot and technical production.

Musical Theater Club will meet on Wednesdays during regular school hours. Students will need to bring a spiral notebook, and a pen/pencil to each meeting.
